RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, however if you would like to return or exchange an item, we are more than happy to do so (terms & conditions apply).
Please email sales@gregoryjoseph.com within 7 days of receiving your item, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements and return your garment within 10 days. If 10 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must be returned in the original packaging.
Sadly, we cannot cover the shipping cost for returned items. We recommend that you send your return by a tracked and recorded postal or courier service and always retain proof of postage as the goods remain your responsibility until received and signed for by us.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 to 7 working days, please contact your credit card company. It may take time for the refund to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@gregoryjoseph.com and send your item to:

Please include proof of purchase or receipt. For faulty items, we will refund any postage costs you have incurred.
