DELIVERY CHARGES

US Delivery $28.00 flat rate, within 5 days. Shipping is provided via FedEx. All orders are sent by our tracked courier service and packed in bio-degradable plastic.

DELIVERY TIMES

3-4 week delivery throughout the US, Monday - Friday. Fully tracked service Please note that delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed time frames.

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

Our courier company requires a contact phone number just in case they need to get in touch with you regarding your delivery. It is important to make sure you supply your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Orders are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes. Our courier company requires a signature upon delivery. If you request that your parcel is left at an address without a signature we cannot be responsible for the parcel once it has been delivered. Please note: During holiday periods, orders may be subject to delay.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE US

Shipping charges will apply to orders outside of the US and will be calculated at checkout. If you love a piece and your location is not available for shipping, please get in touch and we will arrange a special delivery (terms and conditions apply).
